The Democratic Primary takes place on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Voting in the primary ensures our local values are reflected at both state and national levels.

Vote Early in Person: Check early voting hours and locations through the Town of Madison Registrar of Voters.
Vote by Absentee / Mail-In Ballot: If you requested an absentee ballot, ensure it is completed and returned on time. You can return your completed ballot by mail or place it directly in the secure official ballot drop box in town.
Vote on Election Day (August 11): Cast your ballot in person at your designated local polling station.

As Madison continues to celebrate its MAD200 Bicentennial year, take advantage of these local community events this August:
Madison Farmers Market: Every Friday afternoon on the Madison Town Green.
Town Green Summer Concert Series: Sundays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the Town Green (hosted by Beach & Recreation).
Concert on the Deck: Friday, August 7, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Surf Club deck.
MAD200 Open House at Mercy by the Sea: Sunday, August 23, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (167 Neck Road). Enjoy light refreshments and explore one of Madison's historic coastal preserves.
